Our products help coaches measure performance, understand athlete data, and apply those insights to improve results.
We are a small, fast-moving team looking for someone who is excited about fitness, coaching, sports performance, and helping grow a company from the ground up.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Partnerships & Growth Coordinator to help introduce Exsurgo and Fortify to coaches, gyms, and sports performance organizations.
This role combines sales, partnerships, social media, and community building. You will help identify prospective customers, create content, build relationships, and support growth initiatives across the company.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sports technology, fitness, sales, and marketing while working directly with company leadership.
What You'll Do
Partnership & Sales Support
- Research and identify prospective gyms, coaches, and training organizations
- Conduct outreach through email, social media, and industry networks
- Schedule and support product demonstrations
- Help manage customer and prospect relationships
- Track leads and opportunities through the sales process
- Support customer onboarding and follow-up activities
Content & Community Growth
- Create and schedule social media content
- Assist with customer success stories and testimonials
- Capture and share content from partner gyms and athletes
- Help manage online communities and customer engagement
- Support email marketing campaigns and product announcements
Growth Initiatives
- Assist in developing and executing growth campaigns
- Research industry trends and competitor activity
- Identify partnership opportunities with coaches, gyms, and organizations
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team
What We're Looking For
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in fitness, sports performance, coaching, or sports technology
- Comfortable creating content for social media platforms
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Preferred
- Experience working in a gym, coaching environment, or fitness business
- Experience with social media content creation
- Basic sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Familiarity with strength and conditioning or athlete development
